This is a filling for a savory tart. Use it with the Olive Oil (Savory with Millet crust) entered into this site, or use your own recipe.

Toasting the grains brings out the nutty flavor, poaching dried fruit in apple juice adds deep flavor.

This peanut sauce is delicious on soba noodles with veggies etc.. it could be used as a dip for steam chilled asparagus, or as a stir-fry sauce.
