everyone has always complimented anything i make with lamb and its so simple i thought everyone should know.
mint sauce goes beautiful with lamb, everybody knows this but the main ingredient is vinegar which can be a little sharp. adding just 1tsp of ground cinnamon brings out the sweetness, takes away the sharp and really compliments the lamb. im using it here with a lamb stew but it works if your making lamb lasagne or mousaka shepherds pie etc.
