My family has many food issues, I am diebetic, have high blood preasure and high bad cholesterol. Family members are allergic to peanuts, milk& Soy. I love to cook, which is good due to all of the restrictions in our diet. And this cookbook has our old faithfuls as well as new favorites. Enjoy!
