This is an attempt to keep up with my tradition of making Sunday breakfast without going crazy on processed carbs and sugar. This recipe uses basic slices of whole wheat bread and egg whites, with a few things to bulk it back up.
A basic lasagna with noodles made from yellow and zucchini squash
