A great base for any kind of smoothie. Add to water, juice, almond or coconut milk, or cow's milk.
My kids used to love this drink in winter, even though it has garlic. They would ask for it when they had a cold. It is warming and comforting.

Simple quick tom yum soup, makes 1 cup, great for a tasty lunch.
This warming dish takes only 20 minutes to cook . You can add other vegetables to taste and substitute chickpeas for beans. Select herbs to change the cuisine - Mexican, Italian, indian.
This salad comes from my garden. The mint makes it. Add protein, and voila. Sometimes I ad a sprinkle of sesame or pumpkin seeds.
