This is a low fat easy meal, using no fats. The secret is using microwave steam bags available from Ziplock
You can substitute mix with 1 1/4 Cup broccoli florets, 10 snow peas and 1/4 cup matchstick carrots.

Good to serve with brown rice.

Bab's Low Fat Banana Bread

Low Fat , High Fiber and Delicious! I tweeked my original recipe to fit my new lifestyle. Not recommended for Gluten sensitive persons. A tasty treat with some whipped cream cheese.

Mixed Vegetable Fritatta

This is good for any meal and can be changed based on availability of produce to your liking. Enjoy!
