1 1/4 cups almond meal
1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate (Sara used cacao nibs)
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt (Sara used sea salt)
1/3 cup brown sugar (Sara used muscovado)
3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
mmm is all I have to say. I eat about 2 of these pre or pre-work out.
I have never served this to anyone that didn't ask for the recipe after. This is a light soup that doesn't taste light. It is very filling, very little fat and FULL of fiber.
SO yummy and filling.. great for a special breakfast or a regular day.
You wont even miss the "fried" in this recipe. My husband and kids love even it!
