My personal Chili preparation. Once I started making this, my wife gave up on the way she's been making chili for 30 years. In this case I supplanted the "old family recipe" for chili.
This keeps some of the mayo calories out of your diet.
One of our traditional desserts at beach vacations has been Edwards Key Lime Pie. Unfortunately, that pie is 450 calories per slice. I figured there had to be a better way, and I found it.

In my opinion this is sort of like a baked vegatable soup. I modified this considerably from the original recipe I found, adding mushrooms, celery, and red bell pepper to it. Feel free to work in your favorite vegatables and leave out any of mine that you don't like.
This mixes ground turkey with ground beef for a reasonable calorie meatloaf
I had been looking for a way to eat a piece of pie without blowing my daily calorie budget to bits. This did the trick.
This makes a delicious soup, very filling, and very much like you would be used to in a restaurant, but at FAR fewer calories!
