Diet Vegetable soup
The cabbage, green beans, celery, and mixed vegetables give this soup plenty of bulk without a lot of calories. The hamburg adds a little meat and the carrots sweeten it.
spicy chicken fried rice & vegetables
This is a fairly low calorie way to use up leftover brown rice plus you get a lot of vegetables and a little chicken all in one pan.
