This recipe is to be used on Cape Fear Pottery's exclusive mini bundt cake mold.
I modified it a bit to cut down some of the sugar.
I adjusted the original recipe a tad to cut out some sugar and also some of the sour cream.
This is meant to be used in the exclusive Cape Fear Pottery mini bundt cake mold.
This is actually a double batch so that you can have some now... FREEZE, then have it up to 3 months later.
This was taken from Taste of Home's FREEZER PLEASERS cookbook.
This particular recipe is actually doubled, so you can have one casserole NOW, and FREEZE the 2nd casserole for LATER.
I use the leftover beans from my 15 bean soup (check out the MAKEOVER 15 Bean Soup by MAMATWOGIRLS)
