Great to use up endless supply of swiss chard or escarole from your garden...Is a complete light meal . Can be eaten hot or cold
If you like dill, this is my favorite way to prepare salmon. "Gourmet " enough to be used for a company dinner" meal.
Any left overs make a great, cold salmon salad mixed with left over sauce or mayonnaise, for lunch the next day.
Dressing also makes a good dip for raw veggies.
Great snack or desert. A light & satisfying meal if 1 cup yogurt of 1/2 Cup cottage cheese is added. Can be used as delicious pie fill and quickly baked in a frozen crust.
Great as a side dish. You can also add a little more oil & use as sauce w/ 1 C Pasta to make a quick meal).
Eat as desert or pair with 1 cup yogurt or 1/2 cup cottage cheese for a light meal.
