Don't like Apple Cider Vinegar use Lemon.
Original recipe called for Goat cheese I used Neufchatel - Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1/3 Less Fat

Try different sugar free dressings and veggies.
COOK IN CUPCAKE PAPER WRAPPERS FOR ON THE GO BREAKFAST. 4 oz Turkey sausage and Veggies of your choice can be substituted or added.
Lower Sugar but not Sugar Free
Faster than you think, if you do it stove top.
Experiment with flavored soft cheeses.
Lower Sodium if you can find low-sodium granules.
Serve with Salsa and a Salad. I sneak veggies in where ever I can.
Very filling, but low in calories.
Meat not needed for meaty texture.High in Vitamin A, C, Calcium and Protein
Made with stew beef not Ground meat
I do not know how to account for the fact that Beans and Tomatoes are drained and rinsed. Calories, Fat and Sodium seem high. Adjusted a base recipe, which used 8oz canned red kidney beans rinsed and drained to use whole can and increase fiber.
