Freshly juiced apples and carrots, with high omega flax oil and black cherry concentrate thrown for anti-inflammatory benefits.
Simple, warm, inviting, hearty, high-protein, potassium packed meal.
Super easy, protein packed, high-fiber, healthy carb meal - especially suited for the day or two proceeding an athletic event. Peas give a potassium boost, and Quorn (mycoprotein) has a slew of health benefits (see http://www.mycoprotein.org/health_benefits
Great high protein comfort food, southern style! Sweet and tangy, yet mild, with some good-for-you omegas and fatty acids thrown in.
Packed with protein, antioxidants, energy boosters, green foods, omegas and other healthy fatty acids, this one will easily replace any meal! This is not exactly low-cal, and I use it as a power-packed, easily digestible, pre-workout meal replacement. These are all my favorite recipes I use to follow a high protein diet (not to be confused with low-carb, plus includes a moderate amount of healthy fatty acids), and lose weight (a snap using healthy ingredients and portion control)! Of course, for me to do any meal prep at home, it has to be easy!
