This is a delicious breakfast bread that will keep you full until lunch time.
I use homemade spent grain flour from brewing (see tip), so I assume the calorie information given here is on the high side as some of the sugar from the barley flour have been steeped out for beer making.

This is a big batch of my favorite beans. I make these every couple weeks, so I always have some on hand.
Makes a great lunch, snack or side dish.
Easy on date night or any night.
