Unbaked Chocolate Oatmeal cookies

1. Lay out a yard of wax paper - or cooking sheets - or aluminum foil.
2. Measure ALL ingredients and set aside for instant use.
NOTE: You may substitute water for the milk. You may also substitute 1.5 cups sugar and .05 cup Splenda. IF you use more Splenda, the cookie will set up much softer - even runny.
