This is a flavourful, moist and nutrtionally packed meatloaf. I make individual sized loafs and double the recipe. The remainder goes into the freezer for a quick dinner or wholesome lunch. My family loves them...enjoy!

Protein Kamut Waffles

A family favorite packed with nutrition and protein. We enjoy these for breakfast and dessert. When I make them, I double the recipe and pop the remainder in the freezer. On a busy morning or for a snack, we just pop them into the toaster.

Kamut and Oat Pancakes

These nutritious pancakes are lower in fat than tradtitional ones and very hearty. Serve with yogurt and fresh fruit instead of butter and syrup for a healthier meal. When i make them, i double the recipe abd pop the leftovers into the freezer. On a busy morning, we just pop them into the toaster and breakfast is served!
