Saffron Cream Sauce

This sauce is good with either pork or chicken. Best if you make in same pan as you cook meat in for extra flavor.

Chicken with Saffron Cream Sauce

This is a take on a recipe by Giada De Laurentis. Makes more sauce than is necessary. Would be great over pasta or rice.

Sauted Pork Brains

This recipe uses my Kicked up Seasoned Flour Recipe, also on sparks, but any flour for coating brains will work. This recipe will also work if multiplied.

Turkey Enchiladas

This recipe is great with sour cream and salsa, plus a tossed salad.

Pulled Pork

I used a variety of Pork, because that is what I had, but it will work with just the shoulder or sirlion roast.

Huckleberry Sauce

This works great with any fresh berry or fruit.

Finish Pancake

This recipe is good as is, or even better doubled and baked for 40 minutes. It is more custardy than one batch.

Cottage Cheese Mandarin Orange Jello Salad

This recipe will work with any flavor jello.
