This sauce is good with either pork or chicken. Best if you make in same pan as you cook meat in for extra flavor.
This is a take on a recipe by Giada De Laurentis. Makes more sauce than is necessary. Would be great over pasta or rice.
This recipe uses my Kicked up Seasoned Flour Recipe, also on sparks, but any flour for coating brains will work. This recipe will also work if multiplied.
I used a variety of Pork, because that is what I had, but it will work with just the shoulder or sirlion roast.
This recipe is good as is, or even better doubled and baked for 40 minutes. It is more custardy than one batch.
This sauce is great with fish, chicken or other meats. Use a combination of cherries and it will be fantastic.
This is an old family recipe that has been updated to increase flavor and cut down on bad fats.
