Hearty Macaroni and Cheese

This is my favourite Macaroni and Cheese recipe which I found in a Magazine. I posted the regular version but there is lots of room to modify ingredients to make it lower in calories. Calories are based on the brands i use and is based on 8 large servings. Enjoy!
