Love this recipe but I didn't have all the ingredients so here is my version. Serving size 1.5 cups... so you can get at LEAST ten out of one batch. Makes a lot and 1 cup is very filling. TIP: FREEZE individual 1 cup portions in those Ball freezer containers! Grab one and there's your serving! You don't have to thaw it all!
Smoky, little Spicy, Tomatoey Comfort...and so low-cal! A little time-consuming BUT easy and low-maintenance - plenty of walk-away cooking time. Your house will smell so good while you a making this soup! YUM!
I LOVE creamy potato soup!! This recipe is so simple, satisfying and low-calorie.
PRO: Delicious and filling
CON: Vanilla beans are a little expensive

Pulled some veggies out of the garden for a quick yummy lunch...
Got the base for this from a Paula Deen recipe and put my personal touches plus made adjustments so that it will feed a large crowd. Huge hit at a pot luck picnic over the weekend. Everyone raved about them and there was nothing by crumbs left to take home. Plus they are relatively easy to make.
Pretty tasty for being low-fat...increase chocolate chips to 1 cup for only 11.2 more calories per cookie and .7g of fat per cookie.
I love this - it's fresh and full of flavor. Use as a dip or sauce for pasta. Or by the spoonful :)
