Cassie's Flat-out Turkey Pepperoni, Mushroom, and Onion Pizza

My own twist on the pizza recipes from the flat-out website. Pepperoni, Mushroom, Black Olives, and Onion. :)
YUM! :D

Chicken and Broccoli Spaghetti with Pink Sauce

I've recently become a fan of "pink sauce" at the local Italian restaurants so I thought I'd try making a pasta dish with my own pink sauce.

Modified Better Homes & Gardens Meat Loaf

This recipe is basically Better Homes & Gardens Meat Loaf recipe with a few healthy changes. I also did not include the ketchup topping.

Cassie's CrockPot Beef Stew

This is my mom's recipe with a few changes. She generally cooks hers on the stovetop in a pot and makes a lot more but this recipe has the same ingredients in my own quantities. Prep time is for chopping and dicing, cooking time is how long the stew should cook in the crock-pot with all ingredients.

Panko "BAM!" Shrimp

I used Emeril's original essence to spice up my favorite seafood!

Angel Food Pear Cake

Ingredients taken from the back of the angel-food cake mix box, substituting 1 1/4 cups water with can of pears and 1/4 cup water.

Herbed Julienne Potatoes

Cassie's Healthy Jambalaya

I added a bit more than meat to the Louisiana Fish Fry Cajun Jambalaya Mix... Here's my recipe.

Martha White Cotton Country Southern Egg Bread

This is the recipe on the back of the Martha White Cotton Country Cornbread mix package using the substitution of 2/3 cup water and 1 egg instead of 3/4 cup water.

Cajun Dirty Rice

This is the instructions from the back of the Louisiana Fish Fry brand Dirty Rice mix.

Paula Deen Chicken and Rice Casserole

THIS IS NOT MY RECIPE! I entered this to see how many calories I would be consuming at my sister-in-law's house! Not TOO unhealthy for a Paula Deen recipe though! :)

Whole Wheat "White" Gravy

I miss gravy when I'm dieting... I love homemade gravy and this is an "okay" alternative.

Baked "Fried" Flounder Fillets

The times for this recipe were adapted for Flounder fillets using the recipe from the ehow.com article listed below and the same ingredients were used from JENNMARIE0830's "Fried" Chicken recipe.
