Great for dipping broiled or grilled shrimp or to top any type of fish.
This recipe is usually made with bread on the bottom of the pan, but I omitted that part. The bread turned out gross, but the filling....ohhhh, the filling is sublime!! So, I personally would suggest trying this without the bread.
Sort of a cheesecake filling type of texture and flavor. Great with fresh fruit and a light glaze, like a balsamic reduction.
