It's like Thanksgiving in a loaf.
I first made this soup when I was trying to loose weight, but it's good enough to eat even when your not on a diet.
This festive salad is great with ham or turkey. If you don't have fresh brussel sprouts, fresh cabbage or broccoli could be substituded.
I place the warm soft burrito on a bed of cold crisp lettuce, dressed with salsa and fat free sour cream. YUM!
All for less than 400 calories!
Great to share as an appetizer or eat the whole pizza as a 348 calorie meal. 87 calories for 1/4 of the pizza.
This wonderful chili has a thick, satiny texture, I love. I sometimes will cook a chicken breast and add it to the bowl for extra protein in the dish, but it is really a hardy chili without it.
This recipe does not taste like turkey! Serve on a reduced calorie bun (extra) OR without a bun with a salad. The kids won;t know it good for them.
This slaw is great alone or along side any dish.
Add tortilla chips and cheese for "Nachos" or wrap it up in a flour tortilla for a yummy "Chicken Burrito"...It's very versatile.
