I need a tuna salad with more flavor not more fat. I grew up with cheese in my tuna. The touch of yogurt gives it the creaminess I was craving.
Inspired by the Spring veggie challenge-I tried a new recipe yesterday and it was so good-I have to share.

Sometimes in the fall, I just need chicken and dumplings. The sodium would be lower with reduced sodium broth.
We redid this using McCormick's Far East Sesame Ginger Blend and chicken thighs. We wanted something other than rice.
We made this with skinned and boned Costco Rotisserie chicken. I use dill relish instead of sugar free sweet relish.
A Sparkfriend passed along a recipe for Cabbage and apples, but I was really in the mood for soup. It is fall and there are acorns on the ground.

Oven fried boneless skinless chicken thighs.
Nutrition calculated to reflect the extra ingredients needed in order to have enough mixture to coat the chicken. I calculated that about 1/2 of the mixtures are left over.
