This is to make a base that can be added to soups, and sauces. I use about 1/5 of this per jar of regular tomato sauce. Great way to add some extra veggies if you have picky eaters.
The veggie mix makes enough for 2 batches of this recipe. The nutritional information is set for using half of the mixture.

I dont remember where I got this one from, just came across it when I was going through my recipes on my desktop.
this was given to me from a friend I have no idea where she got it from but its SOOO good for chili
BTW the way she gave it to me is LOADED with sodium so people who need to watch it go else where for a turkey chili

made this to satisfy a pizza craving not the healthiest pizza but it was this or take out and I am sure take out would of been worse
