We found this recipe and doctored it to make it healthier, but tastes like EDO Japan fast food. Love it!
We made up this recipe because we liked Chicken Mancaroni from our favorite restaurant. We made it healthier by adding veggies, no chicken .... you know... it's still awesome!
Bread Machine Banana Bread with 3 bananas!
Our BBQ veggie stir fry can be served alone in a bowl, or on top of rice (leaving out the potatoes) - doctor it with what you have. Corn works well in it, jalepenos give it kick... try it!
We just pile all the veggies we like into a wok, sautee them, stir fry them, glaze them with a diana sauce (barbecue sauce) sprinkle on some hot sauce (BullSnort brand Cayenne Sauce is the best - or Frank's Red Hot works)
I should have used light mayo, and as usual, half mayo and half fat free sour cream, but I didn't have any so I used whole mayo.
Still not so bad if a meal.
After eating Campbell's Chunky Soup - Southwestern Chicken, my husband devised a soup to taste like it, with no chicken.
Use fresh veggies, rinsed beans, to reduce the fat and salt!
Not our St Patty's Day beer slow baked Irish, but still yummy!
Tried this out, all made up!
Not Vegetarian, but chicken tasting without the chicken!
