I use a crock pot so my instructions say crock pot on them. If you want, you can bake it at 450 for the same amount of time.
This one my dad gave me some actual fresh pork steaks that he got from a pig. I have no idea how mine will taste. But others I gurantee will be good. Serve over rice for a great filler. Also, try adding green peppers. I also serve it with baked potatoes.
You can make this healthier by choosing healthier variations of food. This is all that I had around the house, so this is how I made it. Kind of regretting that decision now, but it was FANTASTIC!
In my household, we have about 5 people to feed a night. Plus, we love to have leftovers for lunch the next day, my meals are large. I originally had this recipe on here, and my family loved it.
