Got this from Kraft web site. There are also other versions with meat and a variety of ingredients. This is not vegetarian as it has chicken broth. Kraft web site says recipe makes 8 servings but I got about 6-1 cup servings
Her recipe says to use a potato masher but I use a glass or a fork. Most of the time I use olive oil spray instead of drizzling the oil.
