This is from the book "The Vegetarian 5- Ingredient Gourmet" by Nava Atlas
The book says 214 calories, but when I put it all in the calculator here, it came out to 378. Yikes!

I took out the tomato sauce from this recipe, and used a whole can of the paste (6oz instead of 3oz) as I could not find a 3oz can.
This is the only way that my husband will eat lentils, and has become a staple in our home.
