I was challenged to make a gluten & dairy free version of a popular restaurant chain's been con queso dip, this is the healthy result. This is one of our go to fast meals & is perfect for parties too!
Need a low fat meal to fit into your meal plan? well this one is amazing! I accidentally forgot to add the canola oil when I was creating this recipe...surprise, it doesn't even need it!
Cooking chicken in coconut milk is a great way to end up with extremely tender chicken. This recipe also takes out the need for any extra sauce...it makes it's own. This is gluten, dairy, and soy free but you'd swear there is creme in the sauce :)
not too sweet, great with coffee :) you can also make great scones with this recipe too!
This is a great beverage to carry along in a thermos when you're out hiking ..or to warm up after a long bike ride or run in the cold. Coconut milk is rich in MCFA's and high in B-12, it's a great recovery food and energy booster :)
Rich dark caramel flavor! My recipe remake reduces the calories from 339 to 78.2, reduces the fat from 19g to 2.5 and has no cholesterol!
