Recipes I've Shared:
Yummy, easy dinner. I have to figure out how to make it healthier (i.e. less cheese and/or remove oil),
Black Bean burgers with spices I change up each time I make them!
Dr. Oz recipe for Weight-Orade... green tea brewed with slice tangerine and mint leaves.
Yummy, chunky soup. It would probably still be good if it were blended with an immersion blender (but I don't have one).
Bake in muffin tin without papers. SPry with Cooking Spray Oil before adding to tray. I use a "Pampered Chef" cookie scooper (large) to make sure that the min quiches are all the same size.
Fudgy, a little pasty, but decent overall. Glad I tried them. :o)
(My two little boys loved them and even knew they contained beans.)
Good when you have leftovers hanging around. I happened to have all these ingredients on hand, leftover from previous recipes. I love when I am able to make a meal out of items I didn't expect to combine.
My first attempt at making hummus. A little too much vinegar, but not horrible. I was trying to thin it out a bit so that it could puree. It will be better next time. :o)
I use the store's brand of oatmeal, but I believe that Quaker has a Weight Control brand that is equivalent to my grocery store's. (Or should I reverse that!?) :o)

Rachael Ray's recipe
*Substituted whole milk for the cream.
**Also, due to a pumpkin puree sausage, I had to substitute in the sweet potato and pumpkin pie mix. Trust me, it is WAY better with the pumpkin puree. It was way too sweet with the substitutions.
