Modification of recipe found on food.com sans the honey
Spicy marinated baby shrimp spread out throughout fluffy, aromatic rice.
This is a traditional Persian maash polo recipe substituting extra lean ground turkey for lamb or ground beef and diced mushrooms for the mung beans.
A regular succotash soup replacing the lima beans with mushrooms.
Persian Celery Stew - Serve on top of 3/4 c. Basmati rice.
