Garlic Veggie Cleanse Soup

A modification of the Cabbage Cleanse Soup. My pots were too small to add the cabbage and broth, so just add those calories individually if you use this recipe.

Oatmeal Muffins

My favorite snack! MT friendly and you can change up the flavors. Some good combos are:

vanilla extract, maple extract, cinnamon
vanilla extract and strawberry extract
vanilla extract, maple extract, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves

and any combo you can think of! I usually do 1 tsp of each extract and 1-2 tsp of each spice
