If you don't have or like quinoa, just substitute more oats!
A one dish, throw together meal. Tasty, lean, and kid approved! (At least in this household!)
My partner is unable to eat wheat, but loves this soup! Make sure you buy frozen meatballs without wheat in them!
Just brown the chicken and toss it into the slowcooker! Serve with cheddar and sour cream! Yum!
