This recipe can easily be added to, dilutted, or altered easily to adjust to your dietary needs. I had a hard time using this system to find things.
I usually cook a large turkey and then after it cools I start dividing and shredding to about a pound a piece and freeze. I love this recipe. I have two that are completely different.
