GF, very low carb, good for ketogenic diet as well as Atkins or other carb counting, higher fat diets. Also just darn tasty (though high in calories)
This is the treat we all grew up with but uses gluten free rice krispies--and the nutrition information for that is different.
Use leftover sticky rice (or plain white or brown rice) and light coconut milk to make a tasty (and fairly healthy) dessert, just like at a Thai restaurant.
The basic midwestern dessert, made with regular jello, but light cool whip and fat free cottage cheese
Basic home potato and bean curry w/light coconut milk base. Can be altered to add other proteins and veggies, omit fish sauce. Curry powder can be substituted for the fresh/ground individual spices.
