Delicious and easy! For staying power, you can add vanilla protein powder to this, but I like it best just like this. You can use any plain yogurt, but I use the greek yogurt that I make at home. It's fresher, cheaper, and healthier.
Delicious Banana bread! Can substitute 3/4c applesauce and 1 1/4c mashed banana (about 3) for bananas. Also good if you substitute 1c whole wheat flour for 1c of white flour. Nuts are optional, but I added them in the nutrition count since I normally use them.
This is a delicious meal that I made up with items that were on sale at the supermarket this week. I served it on toasted tortillas with melted brie.
