Veggie & Turkey Burgers
I brought this to work to share, and it was a hit. but its not diet friendly!

grab those canned veggies out of your cabinet and mix them up
Great for left over pasta and chicken - toss in some frozen veggies and salsa and voila
A simple salad to make with summer's bountiful veggies. Just chop up your favorites, season them, throw in a can of albacore tune (in water) marinade over night, and bring to work. easy lunch on the go. You can prepare it in the time it takes you to watch a 10 minute news reel.
You could eat just half of this instead and add in some whole grain crackers or pretzels as a side.
delishious veggie pasta (flavored like spinach, tomato & beet) mixed with lots of fresh veggies. enjoy.
This is yields approximately 35 half cup servings. Fruit, Chocolate & Crunch!
It's a huge batch - but most of it may be eaten on a road trip - and any left overs can go to work.
