This is a combination of two receipies. One from Pinterest for oatmeal banana muffins and one from a low sodium cookbook for blueberry muffins.

You can prepare the meat mixture through step 3 up to 24 hours ahead. Refrigerate in a sealed container until ready to use.

Great slow cooker meal. Use a roasted chicken for added flavor.
You can combine all ingredients through step2 up to 4 hours in advance. We made this in the slow cooker. We added the meatballs, but you could make this without them.

You can assemble this casserole up to 8 hours before cooking. Refrigerate until ready to bake.

You can make this dish up to 24 hours ahead. Refrigerate, covered until ready to use. Reheat on medium-low before serving.
Prepare through step 1 up to 8 hours ahead. Refrigerate until ready to proceed with step 2.

Prepare the casserole one day ahead, cover loosely and refrigerate until ready to bak. Let stand at room temperature while ovenheats, then bake for 30 minutes
Use a store bought roasted chicken to saving some cooking time.
Serving is 2 balls. To prevent the batter from sticking to you when rolling into balls, spray hands with a cooking spray.

You can prepare this recipe for baking up to 8 hours ahead; refrigerate. Or freeze the stuffed sheels then thaw before baking. For a smoother filing, add 1/2 cup ricotta cheese during step 2.
Quick & Easty
You'll need an oval 5 1/2 quart crock port. Add red pepper flakes to spice it up a bit and top with parmesan cheese if desired.
Add garlic bread and a salad and you're good to go!
