I got this recipe from a magazine and tweaked it, a little, for my vegetarian palate.
I found this recipe, on the net, while looking for habanero recipes. It's delicious!
I got this recipe from a woman I work with. They are much better than store bought naan! Well worth the effort!
This recipe comes from his book "Authentic Mexican." If you ever get a chance to dine in his resteraunts, DO IT!!! The food is fabulous!
As with most soups, this is even better the next day.
This is good on a cold, Winter night, with a good dollop of sour cream stirred in! Keeps well in individual containers in the freezer, too.
I like to keep a few broccoli floweretes whole (but cooked) and stir them in, at the end, for look and consistancy.
I got this recipe from my brother in law. He brushed it in my Boca Burger, at a BBQ, and I LOVED it! I've marinated cubed extra firm tofu cubes, with this, and baked it; delicious!

These freeze well. I let them cool in the refigerator, over night, then freeze them (in twos) in plastic containers.
This is good on its own but I like to wrap it in a large flour tortilla (with shredded romaine ) for lunch.
This recipe makes one large or 2 small crusts. Toppings are not calculated here.

This is a collection of Ovo Lacto Vegetarian recipes. I put this together after being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes so I could keep track of my Carb intake. I hope it helps anyone in the same boat as I am and anyone else who enjoys good food.
