This feels very indulgent. But is high protein, fresh fruit, and some healthy nut fats with a little chocolate for decadence. I eat it as a meal when I really want a desert but want to eat healthy instead.
No sweetner except the fruit.

Sangria with white wine and fruit juices and flavorings. No added sugar, the juice sweetens it.
Adding fava beans to the chickpeas really enhances the flavor.
Note: Salt is incorrect in the nutrition, there was no salt added to the beans when they were cooked, so the salt is only about 122 grams per serving
