This is one of my favorite go-to smoothies. I can start my day with it and have it again for lunch. Some fruit, nuts/popcorn for snacks and a sensible dinner and I am down 90 pounds and counting.
Quick Lunch - just combine all ingredients in microwave safe container and cook at work. Only needs to heat through. Quicker than grabbing fast food and just as easy. Enjoy this with a side salad of romaine and tomatoes with your favorite light dressing!
