In a hurry and no time to spend a lot of time cooking. Pull out the Crock Pot. Brown the beef and toss in all the rest of the ingredients. Use low sodium canned goods and save time on chopping. Six to eight hours
later you have a great comfort soup and plenty to go around.

Low Cholesterol Whole Wheat Pancakes

I love pancakes. My old recipe is loaded with cholesterol. Since I have to careful watch my cholesterol and I love pancakes this was a great way to do both. Another plus is these pancakes are also low carb.

A sweet rich creamy and frutiy treat, that is low calorie and low carb. A good way to get calcium for those with a sweet tooth.

Guacamole Dip Chunky

A delicous way to bump up the taste of raw veggies or veggie chips. This dip is cream, chunky, a little spicey, and tangy.
