A very refreshing & versatile dish, either as a side salad, snack, or dessert. Any fruits can be used.
Leaving the skins on the sweet potatoes retains the vitamins & fiber, & lightly wilting the kale retains the vitamins & gives the dish some great texture.
The use of store-bought items such as steamed lentils and packaged loose-leaf kale (Trader Joe's), and Hunt's petite diced tomatoes in juice really helps get this chocked-full-of-goodness stoup on the table in quick-time. Serve with a warmed crusty bread to hit just the right spot on a blustery evening.
This syrup goes well with Fluffy Blueberry Pancakes in the "Recipes Even My Kids Like" collection.
These delicious pancakes go well with oven-baked turkey bacon, Homemade Fruit Syrup (recipe in collection), and whipped cream!

| 30 Days of Salads Years ago, I lost 10 lbs in a month without even trying. All I did was eat a main-dish salad for dinner every night. The salads were all delicious & even included the dressings! Let's see if this can be duplicated. |
