At about 70 calories each, these are delicious stuffed with fruit salad. If you use a non-stick pan, you can reduce the amount of oil.
Sauteing the spices and garlic give the spread a nice toasted flavour and keep it from getting too garlicky in the fridge.
This soup is even better the next day, after the flavours have had time to comingle. Nice with a dollop of yogurt or cilantro pesto.
