This actually is considered 1 whole serving, but I calculated it as five 1/4 cup servings.
***I did the calculations based on 1 biscuit w/ the toppings, but I typically eat a few***
I made in a cake pan and cut in to 12 pieces. It is low enough calories where you can eat a few pieces for dinner and not feel guilty!
Serving size is a 4oz piece of chicken. Comes out of oven nice and crispy, but still very moist!
