Beat cream cheese, sugar and chocolate until well blended, add whipped topping and mix well. Place 1 cookie on bottom of a 2 paper-lined medium cupcake pan; fill evening with cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
This chili recipe has a unique ingredient, by adding pumpkin (you never know it's there) you add more vitamins and fiber.
