A friend gave me this recipe cause she knew I liked shrimp and zucchini. I changed some of the ingredients and amounts to my taste. I also use cauliflower rice, but could not find it in the list of ingredients so I put in regular rice with a tip added as to the change. It is very tasty, but may substitute a different sauce next time just to check if I would like it better not so spicy. I also put it making 3 servings as it depends on whether you count the rice and the stir-fry in the total of one cup. If you do, then it would probably make 4 servings.
Minute steak smothered in mushroom soup and slow cooked all day.
