Easy Cornbread that goes well w/ many entre's. Cooks best in a 10" cast iron skillet.
Simple Apple cake w/ many textures and flavor
Pinto Beans, seasoned w/ tomatoes, onions, garlic, chili powder, cumin and Bay leaf. Serve with a slice of cornbread.
Mix all ingredients, season w/ Salt & Pepper and chill for 1 hour. Keep refrigerated.
