Old family recipe re-imagined to be gluten free.
If desired, top with 1/2 cup of apple cinnamon greek yogurt (not included in the nutritional info).
Called Cheddar's. They don't have nutritional info for this salad so I asked for mesaurements of the ingredients. I think this would be close based on the phone convo. Maple cide viniagrette on side, 1 tbsp.
Gluten Free. Use 2/3 cup cooked steel cut oat.
Use for topping on Applesauce Pancakes.
Use 1 cup of milk and add as much water as needed to make pancake batter the right consistency.
Allow batter to rest for 30-60 minutes before frying on hot griddle.
Muffins freeze well.
Makes 35 mini muffins (1 heaping Tbsp batter ea)
Makes 12 regular muffins (1/3 cup batter ea)
