one minute muffin base

Kickin Meatloaf 2 lbs. Ground Beef 3 carrots, 1 medium zuchinni squash, 1 small onion 2 stalks celery all finely grated 3 tbsp finely chopped Gardinera in oil 1 C Parmesian cheese grated 1 egg salt, pepper combine all, form into a meatloaf, top with 2 tsp lower sugar ketchup, Bake @ 325 - 1 hour
